expressing ourselves

just had a fantastic group for creative kids at our first saturday club. Looking forward to the expressive art group on wednesday and Denis Macdermots session on thursday. Just looking over this site we are thoroughly spoilt for great opportunities to express ourselves through many different workshops using art amd movement. I wish that one day soon it will become a natural part of everybodies lives and we can celebrate life regularly together as a community through the arts.See More

Thanks Emma :-)

By the way I wondered if you come dancing at the Civic Hall on Monday's? We'd meet there.

All the best.

Hello Emma - Welcome to CCD.

I am Robert, one of the people keeping an eye on the site and adding content about how to use it and deal with the quirks!

Thanks for adding SO much already. Wow! Seems like you've a lot of energy to get things happening. Like your photos too. And that you are doing a lot with children. (My children are adults now!)

Look forward to more of your input.

And might bump into around Totnes as I am often there.

All the best

Robert

Hello Emma!

Thanks for joining us ..  a very warm welcome to you :-)  lovely photos ... I look forward to  finding out more about you and what you do....   -   - do put a lnlik to your website , in your profile.

You may find some of the things I've put in my TOP TIPS blog will help you connect and share what you do, and will support you to get the most out of CCD  - CLICK HERE :-)

As we don't have someone on CCD doing 'moderating', and as you now have a place on CCD where people can post comments do read these Guidelines re posting and hosting comments  CLICK HERE  (the ‘we’ in CCD is all of us here – not a steering group or something like that that to manage CCD!!)

I really hope this site serves you well.

much love and warmth

PS  Robert Moore,  who does quite a lot of in the background admin and supporting of CCD, has done a Getting Started guide CLICK HERE,

PPS Yes, Please do share your work; that’s one of the reasons I started CCD  is to encourage us to share what we do, and get support and give support to others.   As you promote what you do, sometimes also take time every once in a while to comment on other peoples events etc, not just post yours!   This then gives something back to directly encourage others.  Help someone feel welcome, appreciated, and supported to also share their gifts.  Take one, (or several) of the ideas on this,  http://creativedevon.ning.com/profiles/blogs/a-few-top-tips-to-hlep-you-connect-with-others-and-share-what-you
