gorgeous photos, thank you for sharing them. I love to go a walking in nature and get lost in the incredable world of colour, form and light of the micro and macro worlds. It is a treat to have such fresh and zingy images to gaze upon at home too.

Hi Nigel, thanks for offering your friendship here :) Once my quest as an eco-project volunteer starts, I'm sure I will be part of your walks with groups, when I'm near the area involved. You certainly have a keen eye for pictures, Nigel, beautiful! Be well, Marian.

Hi Nigel,  You must have such fun going out with your camera.... a good reason to be slow and connect with nature.   Especially enjoying the wild edible plants you photo .... getting my thoughts on springtime and yummy food!  Best wishes,  Karen

Hi Nigel, I really enjoyed the day yesterday and thrilled with the glossy ibis. Thanks for your infectious enthusiasm for the natural world which brightened a grey day. Hope to see you again soon, Mary

Hello Nigel. Thanks for adding those photos of flowers, fungi and flying insects! Really enjoyed looking at them and getting an idea of what your walks must involve.

All the best, Robert

Hi Nigel

I don't know you but you asked to be my friend and since I am posting with the appearance of a frog, it makes sense! So sure, and I look forward to doing one of your walks at some point!

Hey Nigel.  This group should attract you a lot of Nature lovers.  I made some Curled Dock tincture today - the roots are great right now.  I'll call it my Equinox potion.  Another lovely pocket size book that you may like to recommend  ( in complement to your skills) is Herbal Healers by Glennie Kindred. £5.99 - all the main wild herbs and their medicinal uses.  See you soon.

Hello Nigel - Welcome to CCD.

I am one of the admin members and helped to organise the CCD get-together this weekend. I also know Carolina.

There is a 'getting started' menu above - this will give help on adding a profile photo and adding events.

I always encourage members to add a profile photo as this helps with the sense of community as it gives something personal rather than the cartoon icon.

May you at some point.

All the best, Robert
